How Uniformity Guarantees Satisfaction

When an individual walks into any Burgerking, they expect the employees wearing a shirt with a Burgerking logo on it. The same goes for the way every store is styled and how the packaging is and on soda cups. But most importantly, uniformity is expected when consumers expect the same items on every menu. They also expect these items to taste a particular way. Uniformity goes a long way in a fast food chain. Consumers expect every burger to taste exactly the same. In Burgerking's case, they epect ever whopper to taste like a whopper. Even the techniques of how these burgers are made must follow certain guidelines and criteria.
I decided to visit the McDonald's website at http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/home.html to see what they say about uniformity. Mcdonald's trains its employees and teached them different methods in cooking. For example the way burgers are aligned and which order they are flipped in. The ideal expectation is that every customer must get a burger pattie which is not too crispy, burned, or undercooked. Consumers expect to walk into ever single McDonald's and purchase an item which will give them the same quality and guarantee satisfaction.
