What is Enroachment ?

When I think about enroachment, I think of monopoly by family. Restaurants or fast food chains which consist of the same or different company often become greedy and seek to undermine eachother by opening locations lose to other ones. One of the main elements of a business which attracts customers is appeal. A new store which is visually attractive will always be the center of attention. Consumers tend to think that the store is an upgrade version of the previous one because it is newer. New stores not only attract attention but provide comsumers with new items and products. A large number of companies tend to use the previous store, which belongs to the opponent, as an example for their own business but try to make it better in an attempt to lure the customers in their directions.
